Registration

Registration is easy!

1. Pick a class, program or camp that is age and level appropriate for your child (we can help if you have any questions).
   • Summer Programs
2. Print and fill out the registration form completely, including the attached waiver, and submit it to us with your family registration fee and class tuition. For summer camp registrations, please include current immunization records and a copy of your child’s most recent physical examination (dated within two years prior to start of camp)
   • Enrollment, Waiver & Medical Release Form for Programs and Holiday Camps
3. Email it, drop it off at the office or call us (978-692-9907).

You may schedule an appointment for an evaluation and/or facility tour. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding the appropriate class for your child.
