What to expect from a Kripalu yoga class
Classes begin with warmup movements and breath awareness to prepare you for
yoga postures.The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch,
strengthen and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and
meditation. Class levels range from gentle to vigorous.

6:30 - 7:30 AM : All Levels
9:00 - 10:00 AM : Gentle
10:00 - 11:00 AM : Intermediate
3:30 - 4:15 PM : Kids Yoga
Thursday
9:00 - 10:00 AM : All Levels
10:00 - 11:00 AM : Gentle
11:00 AM - Noon : Intermediate
Cost: $120/session
Babysitting available for $45/session per child.
