 We teach
gymnastics in a safe, progressive manner and always have fun! Physical fitness through gymnastics teaches your child coordination and provides the basics for a lifetime of activity. Our program develops positive self-esteem and provides children with self-confidence and socialization.
Our class offerings range from Parent/Tot for those children just able to walk to Advanced Gymnastics for those children working on higher level, progressive gymnastics skills on all major apparatus. Classes are divided by skill level and age group. Please find a more complete description of our class offerings below.
Placement into our Team Program is by invitation only; our recreational class coaches keep a sharp eye out for those girls who demonstrate the capabilities required for this transition.

Our Classes
Parents play a large role in these co-ed classes for children that are able to walk. The classes focus on movement, development of gross motor skills, exploration, socialization, learning basic gymnastics skills and, most of all, FUN! In addition to physical development, each child will leave the gym with a big smile and a positive self-esteem.
- Class ratios are 10:1
- Classes are 45 minutes and $165/session
We have a fun and progressive co-ed curriculum that teaches children motor skills that are easily transferable to more advanced gymnastics elements as well as other physical activities or sports. We encourage continuous activity and movement challenges. Each child will leave the gym telling you what they learned and looking forward to coming back the next week.
- Class ratios are 6:1
- 3.5-4 yrs class is 50 minutes and $175/session
- 4-5 yrs class is 55 minutes and $180/session
These classes are not only for students that have progressed out of our preschool program, but also for those beginners just looking to get into gymnastics. All new students will be placed in a Novice class unless an evaluation has been conducted with one of our gymnastics instructors. Girls of all levels will utilize all four apparatus, vault, beam, bars and floor; while boys will learn skills on parallel bars, rings, high bar, floor, tumble track and trampoline. These classes offer great exercise, building of self confidence and socialization amongst "ability peers” and are great for girls who are interested in advancing to our team program.

- All beginner and intermediate classes are 60 minutes and cost $185/session
- Advanced classes are 90 minutes and cost $240/session
Tumbling classes are for those boys and girls who wish to focus only on the tumbling aspect of gymnastics. Tumbling will also be taught through proper progression of skills; however, "tumblers" will utilize only the floor, tumble track and trampoline to master their skills. This is a great program for cheerleaders and those gymnasts who "just want to flip."

All beginner and intermediate classes are 60 minutes and cost $185/session - Advanced classes are 90 minutes and cost $240/session
